You will receive ONE polite email from me requesting that all Auction Rebel content be removed from your web site immediately. If the content in question is not removed within a three day period of time, I will take the following steps after first obtaining irrefutable proof of your violation of my copyright:

  • I will report the violation of my copyright to your web hosting company along with your IP address. If you move the content in question to another hosting company I will report you them as well.
  • I will report your offending web sites to the major search engines requesting they de-index your sites and blacklist them.
  • If you live in the U.S, you will receive a DMCA notice. If you live outside the U.S., you will receive a cease and desist letter from my lawyer.
  • I will make your life on the web as miserable as possible.
