The last seven to ten days I’ve been following several lengthy conversations on four different eBay related forums and newsgroups. Although each thread started differently, they all boil down to two basic questions.
1. How can I make $1000 a month on eBay?
2. Is it still possible to still build a full-time business on eBay?
After reading the back and forth banter on these threads for several days it becomes apparent why most people will never become successful on eBay.
Four things stand out about the participants:
1. It’s apparent the majority of people offering advice are clueless about what it takes to seriously make money using eBay. Their advice can best be described as bad; at worst - dangerous.

A short time ago I wrote here that I was going to start posting “Special Reports” about buying eBay inventory last week.
The first of these is going to be delayed for a week or two. Due to some family things that came up the first one wasn’t finished until last night. I was going to post it today, but started looking at it and decided I should go into much more detail and include more specific items than originally planned.
I’m estimating it will take approximately another week to have the first one ready. Sorry for the delay

This week I have 40 items listed on eBay under my PaperPleasures46 user ID. Some of these are re-lists that didn’t sell previously, some were purchased last week at local garage sales and the reminder were picked up at a flea market last Saturday.
By far the best garage sale purchase was a good sized box of books and plastic fast food glassed that I paid $2 for. The majority of the books went directly to the “donate” pile but three have been listed on Amazon for prices ranging from $22 to $39.
